Payment: Reservations may be guaranteed by full payment of one night's room rate, by check, cash or with VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

Cancellation Policy: 20% cancellation fee for over seven day's notice. Full payment due for less than seven days unless your room is occupied by another guest.

Restrictions: Chateau D' Terre provides a smoke-free environment inside the house for our guests.
Smoking is allowed on the upstairs balcony and the front porch.
Sorry, we have no accommodations for very young children or pets. Please call us for Special Family Rates for both rooms if your children are traveling with you.

Breakfast: A full Southern Country breakfast is served every morning at Chateau D' Terre.

Internet Access: We  offer high speed, wireless internet connectivity, so you can check on important email, however we hope Chateau D' Terre's secluded, relaxing and romantic environment takes you away from daily schedules, deadlines and computer driven routines.
