Location: Chateau D' Terre is located in a secluded woods nestled next to Sibley Lake and only a 5 minute drive to historic downtown Natchitoches, Louisiana.

Accommodations: Two guest rooms, each with private bath..

2008 Rates: Victorian Suite: $145.00 per night, Blue Rose Suite: $125.00  per night based on double occupancy plus applicable tax.  Minimum stay is two nights for weekends in December.

Business Travelers: Call for Special  Single Occupancy Rates per night Sunday - Thursday including full hot cooked or Continental Breakfast.

Payment: Reservations may be guaranteed by full payment of one night's room rate, by check, cash or with VISA, Master Card or American Express.

Cancellation Policy: 20% cancellation fee for over seven day's notice. Full payment due for less than seven days unless your room is occupied by another guest.

Restrictions: Chateau D' Terre provides a smoke-free environment inside the house for our guests. Smoking is allowed only on the upstairs balcony and the front porch.. Sorry, we have no accommodations for children or pets. We do offer special rates for families traveling with children who wish to rent both guest rooms.

Breakfast: A traditional Southern Country Breakfast is served every morning at Chateau D'  Terre.

Internet Access: We offer high speed, wireless internet connectivity, so you can check on important email, however we hope Chateau D' Terre's secluded, relaxing and romantic environment takes you away from daily schedules, deadlines and computer driven routines.

Check-In/Check -Out: Check-In time is after 3:00 PM unless other arrangements are made with us to check in earlier.  Check-Out is 11:00 AM.
