After registering you will be mailed a confirmation which will include your receipt and a retreat checklist. Thank you for your registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read our entire Cancellation and Refund Policy before submitting registration. If it becomes necessary to cancel your registration, notify us in writing with your request to cancel via e-mail  to tchrter@hotmail.com, Subject: Cancellation Crop Dates. Please include your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address . Refunds will be issued according to the following guidelines:

Deposit refunds(minus a $10.00 cancellation fee) will only be made if  you cancel at least 7days prior to the crop unless you find a replacement for your spot.

LadyBug Scrappers reserve the right to cancel the crop. In case of cancellation by LadyBug Scrappers, all funds collected from registrants will be promptly refunded.

Although LadyBug Scrappers  will be present in the cropping room during the crop, they cannot be held responsible for your personal items.
